Dear sjun.
I'm writing to inform you that the product we received from your company yesterday arrived in unacceptable condition. First of all, the fabric is torn in several places. It looks as if ti was damaged during packaging. In addition, there were several missing items. We ordered twelve different fabric patterns, but only seven were shipped. Please take steps to remedy this situation immediately.

There is a serious problem with our most recent order. Specifically, it arrived over two weeks late. While we can understand that there are some uncontrollable events that cause delay, two weeks is simply unacceptable. We need assurances that this sort of problem will not happen again.
